I received incorrect item

Some items are missing from my order

We are sorry if something is missing from your order, but please don't worry, it could be because we have only shipped part of your order and the rest will arrive in a few days.

Check if your order will arrive in separate shipments

You can check if your order will arrive in separate packages by checking the shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on its way."

This can happen due to stock availability, meaning sometimes items need to be shipped from different warehouses. If this happens, you may receive another email titled "Some items in your order are on the way" with more information, and the remaining item(s) will arrive shortly after. Have you checked that your order is correct but there is still an item missing?

We are sorry about that!

The missing item(s) may be out of stock. If we are unable to fulfil the item(s) in your order, we would have sent you an email about this. It's worth checking your spam folder too!

If you have checked the above and your order is not arriving in separate packages, and we have not informed you that some of the items are out of stock, please let us know so we can investigate this for you.

All claims for orders with missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

I received a different item than I ordered

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item or the wrong order, or if your order is damaged in some way, please contact us with the following information and we will sort it out;

  • Order number
  • Name of the item you did not receive
  • A photo and the name of the item you received (if it is the wrong item)

All claims for incorrectly received orders due to receiving the wrong item must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
